is the number for the emergency services. You should call 112 if you need urgent help.

  • Situations that pose a danger to life, property, or the environment
  • Situations that require an immediate emergency response from the police, ambulance, fire service, or environmental emergency units
  • Life‑threatening illness or injury

is the direct non‑emergency service number for the police. You can call 114 if your enquiry is not urgent.

is the number for the Poison hotline

Have you been poisoned, or do you suspect poisoning? Then you should call the Poison Line, which is open around the clock.
